On December 22, employees of the memorial-museum complex "ALZHIR" delivered a lecture on the topic "Understanding the Concept of Vandalism." The goal was to identify the main causes of vandalism among teenagers. The primary reasons for adolescent vandalism include social and moral immaturity. Emphasis was placed on the importance of preserving historical monuments and preventing vandalism in cultural places.
