Due to the unsatisfactory condition of the pedestal of the Kenesary Khan monument located on the banks of the Esil River, the Akimat of Astana plans to carry out its reconstruction in 2024-2025.

The following types of work will be performed as part of the renovation:

1. Dismantling the sculpture and subsequent restoration.

2. Dismantling the pedestal and the adjacent area.

3. Installation of a bored pile foundation (76 piles, 12 meters each).

4. Subsequent assembly of the structure and finishing with cladding materials.
