This year marks the 36th anniversary of the opening of the Saken Seifullin Museum, dedicated to the Kazakh statesman, poet, and writer. The museum was opened on January 21, 1988, and consists of seven halls filled with the history of various periods of the poet's life. The museum houses 7275 exhibits of the poet's personal belongings, books, as well as materials about periods of his public, pedagogical, and creative activities.
