On September 14, at the ALZHIR Museum, as part of the comprehensive plan for crime prevention in Nur-Sultan for 2021–2022, an event titled “Legality, Law and Order, and Public Order” was held, organized jointly with the Tselinograd District Police Department. The aim of the event is to prevent offenses among young people, to foster legal awareness in the younger generation, to build skills for making responsible decisions independently, and to raise the overall level of legal literacy among young people.

During the meeting, Askhat Bakhytuly Bulegenov, a police captain and district juvenile police inspector for minors’ affairs, explained the norms of administrative and criminal law, in particular the ban on minors being outside their homes at night and the penalties for petty hooliganism. He urged young people to follow the rules of conduct at school and in other public places, to engage in self-development, to be guided by moral and family values, and to strictly obey the law.
