The state institution “Astana Department of Culture” announces a competition for the vacant position of Director of the state municipal enterprise “Directorate of United Museums” of the Astana Akimat, located at 1/2 Otyrar Street.
Job duties:
- manages the production, economic, and financial activities of the organization;
- determines the policy and strategy of the organization;
- ensures the safety and efficient use of property;
- organizes anti-corruption work;
- concludes contracts or transactions and ensures the submission of required reports;
- ensures oversight of compliance with safety and labor protection requirements and fire safety.
Bears personal responsibility for:
- the financial and economic activities and the safety of the property of the enterprise;
- late transfers of the established portion of net income to the budget;
- performs other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Must know: the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Code “On Administrative Offenses,” the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Administrative Procedure and Process Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Copyright and Related Rights,” “On Culture,” “On State Property,” “On Combating Corruption,” and “On Public Procurement,” as well as the Internal Labor Regulations and the rules on safety and labor protection, industrial sanitation, and fire safety.
Qualification requirements: higher (or postgraduate) education in one of the following fields of training: pedagogical sciences (training of teachers with subject specialization in general development, natural science subjects, humanities, languages and literature) and/or arts and humanities and/or social sciences, journalism and information and/or business, management and law and/or engineering, manufacturing and construction (architecture, construction, mechanical engineering) and/or information and communication technologies and/or natural sciences, mathematics and statistics and/or services (tourism, cultural and leisure activities); at least 5 years of work experience in the field of culture or in managerial positions.
A person wishing to participate in the competition submits, within the period specified in the competition announcement, an application to participate in the competition in electronic form according to Appendix 1, completed on the registry web portal www.e-qazyna.kz and signed with an electronic digital signature, together with a résumé in Kazakh and Russian in free form.
The date on which document acceptance begins for persons wishing to participate in the competition is determined as the working day following the date on which the competition announcement is posted on the registry web portal www.e-qazyna.kz.
The acceptance of documents from persons wishing to participate in the competition ends after 7 (seven) working days from the date of publication of the competition announcement on the registry web portal.
