The day is a symbol of eternal love, "Kozy and Bayan" was first proposed in 1999 by public and state figure Darkhan Mynbay. He called for young organizations, educational institutions and the media to celebrate the Day of Love. Darkhan Mynbay's initiative made many people happy. In 2011 the Department of Youth Policy of Almaty akimat included April 15 - the National Love's Day among its official events. Mazar Kozy Korpesh Bayan Sulu erected architectural monument in the X-XI centuries. The wall is made of straw mixed clay from granite paddle, the entrance door of 1.86 meters wide faces east. In the vicinity of the mazar Kozy Korpesh Bayan Sulu are four stone statues.
