On March 28, 2023, a festive event titled «Қош келдің, әз Наурыз!» (Welcome, Noble Nauryz!) was held with the participation of staff of the Directorate of United Museums of the Astana Akimat, a state municipal enterprise. The purpose of the Nauryz holiday is to strengthen peace and friendship on Kazakh land, preserve national identity, promote family values, and foster a respectful attitude toward the environment.
The types of historical and cultural heritage of our people are diverse, and one of them is national games. In keeping with this valuable tradition, a game of «Қол күрес» (arm wrestling) was played among the men of the Directorate of United Museums of Astana. One of the oldest Kazakh traditions, Tusaukeser, which has survived to this day, was presented. The child was blessed by Deputy Director Samat Iliyasuly Tergembayev.
